Note regarding characters from video games/MMOs:
- Please provide a 360 turnaround of your character(s) as well as a zoom-in of the face (if possible).
- When taking references please provide screenshots with well-lit lighting. This will help prevent issues with incorrect coloring of your character.
- You can also provide a color palette as well along with your character.
- I will tell you to retake your shots if they are unclear.

Ordering/Payment

-You must pay upfront once I accepted your form. I will not start on yours despite where you stand in the queue unless payment has been made.
-I have the right to decline if I feel uncomfortable with your order.
Turnaround Time and Deadlines:

I will only do refunds if I have not gotten to your order yet. Partial refund will be in effect depending on completion of the piece. I will not do refunds once the piece is done.

- If there is a deadline to your order PLEASE specify the date.
- Orders with deadlines will have higher priority.
- Usual turnaround with no deadline is 1-14 weeks
- Do keep in mind that I have comic work to prioritize as the deadline approaches. If there is a conflict I will let you know!
Refunds:

Work in Progress Checks
- I will ALWAYS send you a sketch WIP of your commission piece when ready.
- Once necessary fixes are to be made, I will not go back to fixing said issue when it's approved.
- If you would like more WIP shots of your order, please tell me so I can provide.
- If you do not want me to show you WIP shots do tell me under "Misc. Info" in the order form.
Finished Product
- Once image is completed I will send you the clean version in its original size.
- You are allowed to post it elsewhere with credit!
- You can use it for personal things (ex: icons, wallpaper, etc.)
- You are NOT allowed to make reproductions of the piece and sell for profit. (Printing the commission piece and putting it in your room/gifting it to someone is fine)
- I will post the finished watermarked piece onto my social media. If you wish to opt out from this, please tell me when filling out the form under "Misc. Info".
